This plenary will explore innovative pathways for financial and social inclusion leading the way in empowering the most vulnerable segments of society. We will discuss how we can expand the reach of safety net programs by integrating the graduation approach, how we can help strengthen agricultural value chains to meet the needs of smallholder farmers and the value of integrating microfinance with other sectors like health, education, and housing to build pathways out of poverty. We’ll map out how these different interventions, stakeholders, and initiatives can work together to achieve our shared goals and contribute to the 2030 goals and the UN Global Goals.
