Bdour Alhyari, Business Development Manager, Microfund for Women
Bdour joined Microfund For Women (MFW) as a Business Development Manager. She holds a Master degree in International Relations from University of Jordan.
Bdour is a founder and a Board Member of Jordanian Youth Leaders Training Forum. Since then, she has been participating in international forums, promoting peace and youth rights, such as Anna Lindh Forum for Multi Cultural Citizenship (Tunisia), International Study and Work camp (Lebanon), Forum for Dialogue and Citizenship (Lebanon).
Being a professional certified trainer- certified in New Tactics Advocacy Methodology “Five Steps toward an effective Strategy” and a certified trainer in GLP Methodology (Global Learning Partners)- Bdour trained and led youth on Strategic Planning and Advocacy in Human Rights, in Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan and Iraq. In addition, she facilitates debating session for Youth, being trained on debating skills, handling sessions with Jordan Debate League and British Council, Fredrich Eibert Stiftung and USAID Civil Society Program.
Bdour has 12 years of experience working with different international organizations in the field of Human Rights, Women empowerment, Youth development, capacity building, and grants management.
