Ken Pattereson, Director of Grassroots Advocacy, RESULTS
Ken Patterson is the Director of Global Grassroots Advocacy and he joined RESULTS in June of 2005. As Director he provides coaching, training, and support to a network of over 75 RESULTS globally-focused chapters around the U.S. He is works with the RESULTS International Expansion Team to share the RESULTS Advocacy model with international partners.
Prior to working for RESULTS, Ken worked as an organizational development consultant with for the Peace Corps, Salvation Army, Aid to Artisans and other clients. He graduated in May of 2005 with a Masters Degree in Organizational Change Management from New School University in Manhattan, New York.
Ken has 5 years of experience in urban economic development working with Shorebank Enterprise Group in Cleveland, Ohio where he advised small businesses, provided loan services, and managed economic development programs in handcraft product development and marketing, and recycling enterprise development.
He has over 7 years of international development experience working with the Peace Corps in West Africa as a volunteer, a training consultant, and as the Associate Director for Agriculture and Training Manager.
Ken also has an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in English from Cornell College in IA.
